PRICES INCLUDE
-Taxes, continental breakfast buffet, bed
linen and towels, daily cleaning.
-The breakfast includes: croissant and
rolls, cereals and brown bread ,toast bread , various cakes, cereals
and muesli, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit and white, butter, jam,
honey, chocolate hazelnut
spread, American and espresso, milk, cappuccino, tea, barley, hot
chocolate, orange juice.
-If you wish you can
order some other foods paying them separately.
-Breakfast is
served from 8 to 10, Monday to Friday.
Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 to 11.
-Change bed linen and towels on request (cost 5 ).
-Products
courtesy line for the bathroom: shampoo and shower gel.
-A
kettle for a cup of tea with some biscuits, a herb tea, some coffee
and hot chocolate is always available and on hand 24 hours a day. This
service is free.
-In order to let you
feel independent, you will be given the keys of your room as you
arrive. We kindly ask you to tell the manager/s the time of your
arrival so as not to get in trouble, as the staff is not supposed to
be always present. As for room availability, offers and estimates,
please contact us through e-mail. Please, do not hesitate to contact

Reservation and/or
purchase of tickets for: restaurants and art galleries (The Uffizi
and The galleria dellAccademia), musical and theatre shows, bus, taxi
and/or train tickets.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If a cancellation by fax or e-mail
at least 15 days prior to arrival, refund the full amount paid as
deposit, excluding bank fees.
In the event of cancellation if only partial, with less than 15 days
notice, the amount paid will be retained in storage. If we were
notified the credit card number to guarantee the reservation will be
charged the amount equal to the first night.
No cancellation (no show) will be charged the full amount of stay.
Late arrival or early departure, the customer must pay equally the
nights.
