All our rooms are wide and airy
and they are equipped with
inside bathroom, TV set,
hairdryer, air-conditioning/central heating
operated independently,
wireless Internet free, bath and
bed linen. The furnishing is
déco style with 19th century
pieces of furniture.
Inside each room there is a nice
table and some chairs so that
customers can peacefully have
their buffet breakfast in their
own room as well as their lunch
and dinner. Some of our rooms
have also a balcony showing on
to the square and some others
overlooking Monte Oliveto green
and peaceful park. |

Room 1 |
The room no 1 is a
real small flat.
Because in addition
to having the
bathroom inside, is
the only room to be
equipped with a
perfect
fully-equipped
kitchen with
everything needed to
prepare food, with a
window and a fume
hood for any fumes
and odors, separate
from the sleeping
area by a convenient
sliding doors.
Excellent solution
for those who need
to stay a bit longer
and do not want to
rely only on
restaurants and bars.
The room has 2
single beds which
can be joined to
form a double bed
very comfortable.
LCD TV, private
balcony overlooking
the green inner
courtyard, with the
view on the hill in
the park of Villa
Strozzi, where in
summer you can also
enjoy your breakfast
outside. |

Room 2 |
The second room is
our largest room. It
can comfortably
accommodate up to 4
people, and still
has space for an
elegant glass table
and chairs, where
guests can have
breakfast in the
morning. It
overlooks the lively
Pier Vettori square.
It's equipped with
double windows and
is completely
isolated from
outside noise.
It has a king bed
and two twin beds, a
very large private
bathroom, hairdryer
and LCD TV. |

Room 3 |
|
Suits the comfort of
three persons and it
is wide enough to
let guests relax
inside it. It
overlooks Viale R.
Sanzio and it is
equipped with double
windows, so is
completely isolated
from outside noise,
a king bed and a
single bed, internal
bathroom, hairdryer
and TV LCD set. |

Room 5 |
|
Is the only “single”
room of our B&B.
Actually, it is a
big room with a
queen-size bed fit
for two persons. It
has got a nice
balcony overlooking
Viale R. Sanzio and
the lively square
nearby. Its double
window-panes make it
a very silent room.
It is also equipped
with a TV set.
Though external, the
bathroom is wide and
close to the room
and it is only for
the use of Room n°5
guests. |

Is a beautiful king
size bed room in a
déco style with a
balcony on Viale R.
Sanzio. It is
equipped with double
windows, so
is completely
isolated from
outside noise,

atmosphere makes it
perfectly fit for
those needing some
romantic moments. |

Is a double room

king-size one on
request with

balcony overlooking
a green park.
Particularly
peaceful , quiet and
airy this room is a
good “shelter” after
