You can also request a quote by mail or telephone.

To confirm the booking will require a deposit equal to the first night (for short stays), or 30% of the total amount (for longer stays).

Upon confirmation of booking will only request authorization to your bank, to charging fees on your card for the total amount of your stay.

If you use a recharge card to confirm your reservation, we will take the amount equivalent to the first night or 30% of entire stay. This amount will be refunded should you cancel the reservation as written in our Cancellation Policy.
If your stay is equivalent to one night, or in case of NON Refundable Rate, will require payment in advance of the total of the stay.

Full payment will be required upon check-in.

DISCOUNTS FOR FAMILIES & AGREEMENT
The children under 9 years old sharing room with parents don't pay nothing
(The child has to sleep in bed with their parents, offer limited to one child per family per room)
The child who sleeps in a single bed will pay an extra of € 10 per night.

SERVICES INCLUDED & EXTRA
The price includes:

Continental breakfast buffet, air-conditioning (only in the three bed rooms), bed linen, daily cleaning, bed linen,towels, products courtesy line for the bathroom: shampoo and shower gel and Internet Wi-Fi.

Our breakfast includes: Seasonal fruitcroissants and rolls, cereals, white and wholemeal bread, rusks, breakfast pastries such as muffins and small cakes, cereals, muesli, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit , butter, jam, honey, cream chocolate, cheese, espresso and American coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, barley, hot chocolate, orange juice. Other foods can be ordered on request but they are not included.
A kettle for a cup of tea with some biscuits, a herb tea, some coffee and hot chocolate is always available and on hand 24 hours a day. This service is free.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 am.

The fee does not include:
Tourist tax 1 € per person per night (over 10 years), for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Extra change of bed linen and towels € 5,00 per person.
Only towels, € 3.00 per person.
For stays of 4 nights, there is free change of only towels.
For stays of 7 nights, there is a free complete change of towels and bed linen.

Other foods not included in the breakfast can be ordered on request, but are not included in the price.

CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT
Check-in: either from 11 to 15 or by appointment in the afternoon.
You can arrange the check-in after 3 pm up to 9.30 pm.
After check-in time you may not find anyone at the B & B.

Please note that there's not a reception open 24/h.

To make your stay independent, on arrival we will give you the keys of the room, the street door, and the flat door.
If you lose the keys, you will be required € 30.00 for each key set lost.

Check-out: by 10:30 our customers are kindly invited to leave their room.

In the nearby there is a nice supermarket offering everything you need for your stay.
Not far from our guesthouse there is a tree-lined square with lots of games for children, including a soccer field and nice restaurants.
Our guests can also enjoy the majestic Cascine Park, the “real” lung of the city, spending time outdoors, playing sports, riding a bike or just walking around feeling free.
We are also close to:

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Standard Rate:

(sending the deposit, or giving your credit card number, you agree to the cancellation policy).
If you send a cancellation by fax or by e-mail at least 10 days prior to arrival, we refund the entire amount paid as a deposit, excluding bank fees.
If you send a cancellation with less than 10 days notice, the amount paid as deposit will be retained in storage. If we were notified the credit card number to guarantee the reservation, we are going to charge the amount equal to the deposit requested.
If you send a cancellation with less than 7 days notice or no show without cancellation, we are going to charge the full amount of the stay.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure on the dates booked, the customer shall pay equally the total nights booked.

Special Rate-Not-refundable rates:

The total amount of your stay, including tax € 1.00 per person per night, will be taken from your credit card.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the amount withdrawn will not be refunded.
