All our rooms are wide and airy and they are equipped with inside bathroom, TV set, hairdryer, safe, air-conditioning/central heating, wireless Internet free, bath and bed linen. The furnishing is déco style with 19th century pieces of furniture.

Inside each room there is a nice table and some chairs so that customers can peacefully have their buffet breakfast in their own room as well as their lunch and dinner. Some of our rooms have also a balcony showing on to the square and some others overlooking Monte Oliveto green and peaceful park.

 

The following is a short description of our rooms

Room n°2: is a comfortable wide room for three persons with a small lounge overlooking Piazza P. Vettori. It is equipped with three single beds, internal bathroom, hairdryer and TV set.                                                               

     

 

Room N°3: suits the comfort of three persons and it is wide enough to let guests relax inside it. It overlooks Viale R. Sanzio and it is equipped with three single beds, internal bathroom, hairdryer and TV set.

   

 

Room n°5: is the only “single” room of our B&B. Actually, it is a big room with a queen-size bed fit for two persons. It has got a nice balcony overlooking Viale R. Sanzio and the lively square nearby. Its double window-panes make it a very silent room. It is also equipped with a LCD TV set and a small fridge. Though external, the bathroom is wide and close to the room and it is only for the use of Room n°5 guests

 

 

Room n°8: is a beautiful twin-bedded room in a déco style with a balcony on Viale R. Sanzio. It is equipped with internal bathroom, hairdryer and TV set. Its warm and cosy atmosphere makes it perfectly fit for those needing some romantic moments.         

     

 

Room n°9: is a double room with two beds which can become a king-size one on request with internal bathroom, hairdryer, LCD TV set and a nice balcony overlooking a green park. Particularly peaceful , quiet and airy this room is a good “shelter” after  a long day in town.          

   

 

We also have a Twin-bedded room (small flat) with a kitchen equipped with all necessary tools and well separated from the bedroom through a sliding door and a balcony showing on to Monte Oliveto green park. An excellent solution for those who are staying longer and do not feel like going to pubs and restaurants.
